I have available a single room to rent in a shared house in North Kidlington, sharing with me and one other. It is available as of 15th July. The rent is £400 a month. This includes all bills (e.g. utilities, Council Tax, phone, internet/wifi, TV service, insurance - all the usual stuff). The room is newly refurbished as of February / March so that's pretty new paintwork, carpet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, bed and mattress. Even the curtains and curtain rail were replaced. I see this as renting a share in the whole house, not just the room. So long as you're quite quiet, (not into the late night parties), plus pretty clean and tidy and will be happy to pitch in with the cleaning and stuff, feel free to get in touch. The damage deposit will be one month's rent, refundable when you leave. Rent is paid monthly in advance. I also have a double room available for a seven week period from mid-July to early September.
